A few concepts I did on Abyss.

Abyss was a challenging map that required our team to concept and create a unique architecture style that would incorporate basalt pillars and radianite. We also explored the culture of the Scions of the Hourglass, a secretive new faction, creating murals, technology, and props. In particular I loved creating the murals depicting the discovery of various radianite artifacts through history.

I was unfortunately affected by the layoffs at the start of the year, but I am happy to see so much of my work still made it into the final map. As always it was a pleasure working with the val team. I miss working with all of you.
